How do you turn off the XP firewall?

Question:
I would like to shut off XP's Firewall because I have a conflict between Norton's and Microsoft's.
Answer:
1. Go to Start>> Run, type in: services.msc
2. Scroll down to the Windows Firewall Service and double click it.
3. Click the Stop button to stop the service
4. Set the startup type to "Disabled".
5. Click Apply then OK [Exit]
